Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The 24-Hour Try-Before-You-Buy Model

At MyFolio, we believe you should never pay for something without knowing exactly what it looks and feels like. We provide 3 free evaluation builds every week. Each evaluation build remains active for 24 hours with full Web Studio customization and desktop/mobile 3D WebGL previewing.

During this 24-hour evaluation window, you can inspect your layout, verify project narratives, test color tokens, and ensure complete satisfaction before committing to any purchase.

2. Strictly Non-Refundable Digital Services (All Sales Final)

By completing a checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have thoroughly reviewed and approved your live portfolio preview during the free evaluation period.
• Immediate performance and digital provisioning commence instantly upon payment verification.
• In accordance with digital content and bespoke software regulations, any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation terminates once digital fulfillment begins.

3. Zero-Tolerance Abuse & Immediate Takedown Policy

MyFolio, its founders, and platform operators enforce a zero-tolerance policy against malicious activity and terms violations. We reserve the unconditional, unilateral right to immediately suspend, unmount, or permanently delete any portfolio, subdomain, account, or hosted files without prior notice, without refund, and without liability if any of the following are detected:

• Phishing & Scams: Credential harvesting, deceptive login pages, fraudulent investment schemes, or deceptive impersonation of individuals, companies, or authorities.
• Malware & Exploits: Hosting or linking to malware, spyware, keyloggers, cryptominers, or unauthorized tracking scripts.
• Abusive & Unlawful Content: Defamation, hate speech, harassment, threats, non-consensual imagery, or illegal material.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted code, stolen design assets, or trade secrets.
• Spam & Infrastructure Attacks: Search engine spam farms, automated link rings, or denial-of-service attempts.

Any account or portfolio terminated for abuse or terms violation is permanently barred and strictly ineligible for any refund or compensation.

4. Limitation of Liability & Founder Indemnification

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold completely harmless MyFolio, its founder Abdul Aziz Nooruddin, and all officers, contractors, and hosting partners from and against any and all third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, lawsuits, judgments, fines, and legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

• Any content, claims, credentials, or links published on your portfolio.
• Your violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

"AS-IS" Provision: The MyFolio platform, Web Studio, and hosting infrastructure are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall MyFolio or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days (₹149).

5. Pro Subscriptions Cancellation Policy (₹149 / Month)

You may cancel your recurring monthly Pro Custom Domain subscription at any time with zero penalties or fees directly from your User Dashboard or by emailing support@myfolio.tech.

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will not renew for subsequent billing cycles.
• Your custom subdomain will remain live until the end of your current paid 30-day period.
• You retain permanent rights to your downloaded standalone source code ZIP, allowing you to self-host indefinitely on Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, or GitHub Pages.
• No prorated or retroactive refunds are provided for unused portions of an active billing month.
